In Maharashtra alone, report reveals that over 300 junior resident doctors have quit their seats because the workload became unbearable. Even more heartbreaking: 25 doctors have lost their lives under the crushing pressure of continuous duty and stress. This is not just a Maharashtra story. It’s a national emergency hiding in plain sight inside every government hospital corridor.
